Fees

I offer a free initial phone consultation to discuss your concerns. My fee is $180.00 based on a 50-minute session. Sessions from 75 to 90 minutes are available and are pro-rated.  I offer a sliding scale when necessary. Fees may be charged for services rendered outside of therapy sessions including telephone calls that exceed 5 minutes, testing, and reports. Telephone support is available and pro-rated based on hourly fee and billed in 5-minute increments. I ask that fees be paid at the time of your appointment. A $20 fee will be charged for any check returned as insufficient funds.

 

Payment Options

I accept cash, checks, HSA, Venmo, Zelle, and credit cards. Clients are responsible for the entire fee, as I do not participate in insurance panels. However, if your health insurance company covers out of network services, I am happy to prepare a monthly invoice for you to submit for reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.  For questions, or for more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/no surprises or call 510-452-6243.

Missed Sessions

Scheduled sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will result in a charge for the full session.

 

Punctuality

Please make every effort to arrive on time. If we begin your session late due to your late arrival, your session will still end at the scheduled ending time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session may be cancelled and you will incur a cancellation fee.
