Fees & Insurance
Fees: I offer a free initial phone consultation to discuss your concerns. My regular fee is $125.00 and is based on a 50-minute session. I offer a sliding scale when necessary. A non refundable pre-payment package of 10 sessions is also available with a 10% discount upon request. Fees may be charged for services rendered outside of therapy sessions including telephone calls that exceed 5 minutes, testing, and reports. I ask that fees be paid at the time of your appointment. A $20 fee will be charged for any check returned as insufficient funds.
Missed Sessions: Scheduled sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will result in a charge for the full session.
Punctuality: Please make every effort to arrive on time. If we begin your session late due to your late arrival, your session will still end at the scheduled ending time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session may be cancelled and you will incur a cancellation fee.
